Hello Everyone,
It's hard to believe that school is in and we are almost finished with the month of September. Time is definitely flying by! Summer is over and the coolness of Fall is setting in quickly. I will frequently send these emails to all of you just to keep you informed on what is going on in our student ministry here at Unity Baptist Church. You are probably receiving this email because you are a student in our church or you may have a teen that attends our group on Sundays and Wednesdays. I am excited to have almost been here one month and have quickly been integrated into the family at Unity.
Unity Students is an active group of students who not only get ministered to but also are equipped to do ministry for others. We are NOT simply a "youth group" that plays games and entertains your child for a couple of hours a week. We build relationships, teach, and disciple your student so that they will be productive and successful members in the body of Christ. We take this very seriously and appreciate your support for our ministry. We also want to help you as a family to develop and become a unit that is striving to glorify God in your life and the life of your family. If there is anything that we can do to assist you, please do not hesitate to contact the Youth Leadership Team.

* Friend Day, September 25
* Family Prayer Walk at PG High flag pole, September 27 @ 6:30 pm
* SYATP, all schools, September 28
* Rafting Trip, October 1 (for those that completed WOL Card 1 & signed up for trip)
* Scaremare, October 22
This is just a short list of some of the events that we have planned in the near future.
